Vision Aerial to Continue as an Independent Company;  Focused on American-Made UAS Platforms

[Bozeman, MT — October 17, 2026] — Vision Aerial, Inc. today announced that the agreement under which Mobix Labs, Inc. would have acquired the company has been terminated. The company will continue to operate independently from its Bozeman, Montana headquarters.

Vision Aerial will continue to design, manufacture, and support its line of NDAA-compliant unmanned aircraft systems in the United States, serving utilities, infrastructure operators, survey professionals, public safety agencies,  and government customers. All product support, warranty and service commitments remain in place, and the company’s engineering and manufacturing teams continue their current work.

“Our products and our customer commitments are unchanged,” said Shawn Roberts, President and Chief Revenue Officer of Vision Aerial. “Vision Aerial builds some of the most capable American-made UAS platforms available, and that’s where our attention is.”

Vision Aerial will continue to evaluate strategic opportunities in the ordinary course as it invests in its product roadmap and manufacturing capacity. The company said it does not expect to comment further on the terminated transaction.
