Mobix Labs, Inc. announces its intent to acquire Vision Aerial, Inc.

[Bozeman, MT -- June 4, 2026] -- -- Vision Aerial today announced that Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Vision Aerial, , expanding its position in the global drone and aerial intelligence markets.
Vision Aerial's industrial drone platforms complement Mobix Labs' advanced electronics portfolio, including RF and sensing technologies, creating an integrated hardware and systems capability for high-stakes commercial and government applications.

The acquisition remains subject to the negotiation of a definitive purchase agreement, completion of due diligence, and customary closing conditions.
